Being human can sometimes feel tricky; but you are not alone.
I offer an integration of approaches to support you, specialising in nervous system-informed somatic psychology and embodied approaches (including therapeutic yoga), parts work (including IFS), and attachment/relationship science.
I aim to help you understand yourself on a deeper level, to make sense of your struggles, and support you to make the changes you seek.
